DOWN PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY

Upon booking our videography services, a non-refundable down payment is required to secure your event date with Kingdom Kapture Studios. This down payment is necessary to cover administrative costs, reserve equipment, and allocate resources for your event. Please be aware that the down payment is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Regardless of reasons for cancellation, rescheduling, or any changes to the event, the down payment will not be refunded. We understand that unexpected situations may arise, and we empathize with any difficulties that may occur, but we must adhere to this policy to ensure fairness and sustainability for our business.

We recommend reviewing your schedule and budget carefully before confirming the booking to avoid any misunderstandings. We are committed to providing exceptional videography services and capturing your precious moments with the utmost professionalism.

CANCELLATION POLICY

For any changes to your scheduled videography services, we kindly request that you provide written notice to Kingdom Kapture Studios at least three weeks (21 days) in advance of the event. This advanced notification enables us to promptly fill the booking slot and ensures you are eligible for a refund, as stated in our refund policy. In the event of cancellations made less than three weeks before the event date, a forfeiture of the deposit or prepayment made at the time of booking may apply. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy, as it facilitates a smooth experience for all parties involved.

Additionally, we want to be transparent and assure you that Kingdom Kapture Studios operates with the same level of professionalism and integrity. In the rare instance that we need to cancel our services, we will provide written notice to you at least one month (30 days) in advance. We understand the significance of your wedding day and the trust you place in us, so we take this commitment seriously. If, for any reason, we find it necessary to cancel, we will make every effort to offer suitable alternatives or referrals to trusted videographers within our network.

Our goal is to ensure a seamless and enjoyable videography experience for your special day. If you have any questions or require further clarification about our cancellation policy, please don't hesitate to contact us. RESCHEDULING POLICY

In the event that you need to reschedule your booked videography services, please provide written notice to Kingdom Kapture Studios at least four weeks (28 days) prior to the original event date. This advanced notification allows us to accommodate your new requested date and make necessary arrangements to ensure a seamless transition.

If rescheduling notice is received less than four weeks before the original event date and we are still available to provide services on the new requested date, a rescheduling fee of $110 will apply. This fee is to cover the potential loss of other booking opportunities that might have been declined to honor your original reservation.

However, if rescheduling is done within the specified four-week time frame and we are available to accommodate the new date, you will be eligible for a refund of the amount paid in full, excluding the non-refundable deposit or prepayment made at the time of booking.

Please note that the deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances, regardless of the rescheduling timeframe.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs while also considering our commitments to other clients. Rescheduling is subject to our availability on the new requested date, and we highly recommend early communication to secure your preferred rescheduled date.

LOCATION CHANGE POLICY

If you wish to change the location of your event after the booking has been confirmed, please provide written notice to Kingdom Kapture Studios at least two weeks (14 days) in advance. This allows us ample time to make the necessary adjustments and preparations for the new location.

In the event of a location change notification received less than two weeks before the scheduled event date, a surcharge of $110 will be applicable to cover additional logistics and travel expenses. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will do our best to accommodate the change, but it is subject to our availability and ability to provide our services at the new location.

We highly encourage early communication regarding any potential location changes to ensure a seamless and successful videography experience for your special day.

PACKAGE DOWNGRADE POLICY

Once you have selected and confirmed a videography package with Kingdom Kapture Studios, please be aware that downgrading your original package is not permitted. We understand that circumstances may change, and you may have budget constraints, but due to the nature of our services and the planning involved, we cannot accommodate package downgrades after the booking has been finalized.

However, you have the flexibility to upgrade your chosen package, subject to availability and the terms of the upgraded package. If you wish to upgrade your package, please notify us as early as possible so that we can make the necessary arrangements to meet your requirements.

We value your understanding of this policy, as it enables us to allocate sufficient resources and provide the best possible service to all our clients. ADVANCE FULL PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY

When clients choose to pay the full amount for their wedding video services in advance, it signifies their understanding and acknowledgment that this payment is non-refundable, even if they provide the required notice for cancellation, rescheduling, or any changes to the event. We believe in full transparency and want you to be aware that, while we empathize with unforeseen circumstances, the non-refundable nature of advance full payment is essential to maintaining the stability of our operations and honoring our commitments to all our valued clients.

We understand that situations may arise beyond your control, and decisions may evolve over time. However, it's important to note that the non-refundable nature of advance full payment helps us allocate resources efficiently and prioritize the needs of all our clients.

We want to communicate openly about our policy regarding refunds for advance full payments. While we strive to be accommodating, we cannot guarantee refunds for payments made in advance, even in the unlikely event of a cancellation by Kingdom Kapture Studios. We do want to assure you that if such circumstances were to arise, we would work closely with you to explore potential solutions and alternatives.

We value your partnership and understand that flexibility is crucial, especially during uncertain times. As part of our commitment to our clients, we offer the possibility of a 50% refund for advance full payments, though we want to emphasize that this is not guaranteed. We encourage you to carefully assess your needs and circumstances before selecting this payment option. If you foresee any potential changes or uncertainties, we recommend considering alternative payment methods that offer greater flexibility.

VENDOR MEAL

As part of our videography services, please note that if our presence is required for more than 6 hours during the wedding day, it is kindly requested that a meal be provided for both the primary videographer (myself) and the second shooter.

This vendor meal provision allows us to maintain our energy and focus throughout the event, ensuring that we capture all the precious moments of your special day with the utmost care and professionalism. It also allows us to remain on-site, readily available to capture any unexpected moments that may arise.

The meal provided can be the same meal served to your guests, or a vendor meal option if available. Please ensure that the meal is served at the same time as the guests' meal to avoid any disruptions to our coverage.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy, as it contributes to a positive working environment for our team, and ultimately, to the creation of a memorable wedding video that you will cherish forever.

TIMELINE FOR VIDEO EDITING

The videographer endeavors to deliver the edited video to the client within a reasonable timeframe. The standard editing period is anticipated to be between 30 to 60 days from the date of the shoot. However, it is acknowledged that unforeseen circumstances, workload, or other factors may affect the editing process.

The videographer reserves the right to take up to 18 weeks from the date of the shoot to complete the editing of the video. The client understands and agrees that this extended timeframe allows for comprehensive post-production work, including editing, color correction, audio enhancement, and any other necessary adjustments to ensure the highest quality final product.

The videographer will make reasonable efforts to communicate any delays to the client and provide updates on the progress of the editing process. The client agrees to exercise patience and understanding during this period.

In the event that the videographer anticipates or experiences any significant delays beyond the specified timeframe, both parties will discuss and agree upon a revised timeline. Any such revisions will be communicated promptly and in writing.

**PROVISION OF RAW FOOTAGE**

The videographer does not include raw footage as part of the standard deliverables unless explicitly agreed upon in advance. The final edited video is the culmination of the videographer's creative process and is the primary product delivered to the client.

If the client wishes to obtain raw footage, arrangements can be made for an additional fee. The cost for providing raw footage is separate from the agreed-upon videography services and will be communicated to the client in writing before any such arrangements are finalized.

It is understood that raw footage may require additional processing, organization, and delivery time. The client acknowledges that the raw footage is unedited and may not reflect the final polished quality achieved in the edited video.

Requests for raw footage must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties before the videographer proceeds with providing such material. The client understands that the cost associated with obtaining raw footage is non-negotiable once agreed upon.

VIDEO REVISIONS

The videographer is committed to delivering a high-quality video that aligns with the client's vision and expectations. The standard contract includes a specified number of revisions to ensure client satisfaction. The number of included revisions will be agreed upon in writing prior to the start of the project.

Any additional revisions beyond the agreed-upon limit will be subject to a fee of $120 per revision. The client acknowledges that each revision requires additional time, effort, and expertise on the part of the videographer.

The videographer invests significant hard work and dedication into every video project, aiming to deliver a final product that meets or exceeds the client's expectations. The revision fee is intended to compensate for the additional time and resources required to implement changes or adjustments after the initial editing process.

Requests for revisions must be communicated in writing, clearly specifying the desired changes. The videographer will make reasonable efforts to accommodate revision requests within the agreed-upon scope.

The client is encouraged to provide comprehensive feedback during the initial review process to minimize the need for extensive revisions. Open communication between the client and videographer is key to achieving the desired outcome.

VIDEOGRAPHY TEAM

This section outlines the details related to the videographer who will be capturing the event. While every effort will be made for David Thompson from Michael David Productions to personally film your event, it is important to note that, as indicated on the "Meet the Team" page on our website, one of our skilled team members may be designated for the event's coverage. Rest assured that all team members are trained and equipped to maintain the high standards of Kingdom Kapture Studios.

We are committed to ensuring a seamless and professional experience, and any assigned team member will uphold the same level of dedication and expertise promised by our brand. Prior to the event, you will be informed of the designated videographer, and we welcome any inquiries or preferences you may have regarding your assigned team member.
